Returns and complaints
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the time you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reason for return
We do not accept items that are sent back without a return being requested first.
Once we have received your email and processed your case, we will contact you with further information.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been approved purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.

Complaints
We always strive to offer the highest quality jewelry. If, in the unlikely event that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will of course help you with a complaint.
Contact us at info@ajino.se to make a complaint. Please state:
- Your name
- Your address

- Description of the production defect
- Attach clear pictures showing the damage or defect
Assessment: We will review your complaint and get back to you within 2-4 business days. If the complaint is approved, we will offer an exchange or refund, depending on how you want to proceed.
Complaints conditions:
The complaint only applies to production defects, not wear and tear from normal use.
Plated jewelry (rhodium and 14k gold) may be affected by wear over time, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
We recommend that you follow our care instructions to extend the life of your jewelry.
